This idea helped form my passion for hair, education, and people. After beauty school it quickly became apparent that continued education would be vital to my future success. Understanding the latest fads and technology while maintaining the skills to support the popular recycled trends of the past would require ongoing training. You can’t succeed in a constantly evolving industry with a static set of skills. Through 13 years as a licensed cosmetologist this focus has led me to learn from some of the world’s most skilled artists and industry moguls. After my first class, a devotion to learning the latest techniques in color and cutting was born. This desire for knowledge helps me execute my clients’ needs. It has also given me the skills to confidently recommend a personalized look for those who request guidance. My commitment to learning developed into a commitment to teaching, and from that the Hair Forum LLC was created. Teaching my clients to style their hair and demonstrating the value of professional haircare has lasting benefits for us both. I want my clients to leave the salon looking and feeling great, and have that continue until their next appointment. If they are truly aware of which products are best for their hair type and how to properly dry or style their hair they can routinely recreate the same look at home. It gives them the confidence to tackle the dreaded “blow-dry and round brush” and gives them skills to achieve salon styling at home. I believe that hair is one of the most unique, expressive parts of our bodies and should be maintained as such. Whether it’s your first or your twenty-first time in my chair, it is my goal to craft a personalized look tailored to your unique personality and lifestyle. Product & Retail Policies Products purchased at The Hair Forum may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. If the replacement item price is greater than the original product, the customer is responsible to pay the difference. Sorry, NO CASH REFUNDS. ALL SALES FINAL for all Tools and brushes Right to Refuse Service The Hair Forum reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who is demonstrating inappropriate behavior General Policies Prices are subject to change without notice. Gift Card Policies Gift Cards are valid on services and products. They may not be redeemed for cash, are nonrefundable and never expire. Not responsible if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Head Lice Policy It is against Pennsylvania State Board policy to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client is diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the salon I will not be able to complete services the same day. Please consult with your pharmacist or physician for care instructions and the client may return to the salon after 14 days of treatment. Consultation for Services Every service includes a signature complimentary consultation where I will take the time to understand your desired outcome. Based on the consultation, at times, changes will be made to the original services that were scheduled. Multiple visits may need to be scheduled to achieve the desired outcome or for timing purposes. Changes to services, pricing and maintenance plans should be agreed upon by both parties at this time. To ensure clear and transparent communication, you may be asked to complete a Consultation Agreement Form. Service Guarantee I do my very best to ensure that you are thrilled with your service experience at The Hair Forum, In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please contact me within one week of your service and I will be happy to schedule you for a redo service free of charge. My goal is to achieve the desired results of the client as well as maintain the integrity of their hair. At times, the request of the client may be unachievable and I reserve the right to suggest alternative services at that time. Color correction services explained; the removal of over the counter box color, unprofessional hair color, or the correction of unsatisfactory hair color performed by another salon/professional. I will conduct a thorough consultation before starting any corrective work to clarify the expectations of the color correction services. It is at this time a regimen of hair care products will be prescribed which will ensure the integrity of the hair and longevity of the services preformed. The prescribed hair care regimen will be discussed and agreed-upon by both parties. In the event the prescribed products are not purchased the day of service, I reserve the right to deny any rework requests made within the allotted service guarantee window of one week.Business Hours

A 30% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment
